We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • New and unused

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

Return instructions, including the return address, will only be provided after your request has been approved.

⚠️ Important Return Conditions

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted

  • In some cases, we may offer a replacement or refund without requiring a return

📅 Return Window Extensions

From time to time, Pawfect Nest™ may offer extended return periods during holidays or special promotions.

During these periods, eligible items may be returned within 45 days of delivery instead of the standard 30 days.

📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@thepawfectnest.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photo or video evidence

We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., pet food or treats)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care or grooming products

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards and sale items

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different item, please:

🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Items must still meet all return eligibility requirements.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
